What is AIforce?

AIforce is an interface layer that Salesforce introduced at Dreamforce in September 2026. It makes the data, workflows, business logic and permissions inside Salesforce available in AI interfaces such as Claude and Slack.

Your teams work with Salesforce without opening the Salesforce UI: they ask questions, update records and trigger workflows wherever they already work. Every request runs on your existing permissions and business rules.

What is AIforce?

AIforce is the Salesforce interface layer that brings data, workflows and permissions into AI interfaces such as Claude, Slack and Lightning. At launch it includes Claudeforce, Slackforce, Agentforce Coworker and the Headless Toolkit.

What is the difference between AIforce and Agentforce?

Agentforce is the technology for AI agents in Salesforce. AIforce is how those agents, and all other Salesforce capabilities, become available in the tools your teams already use.

What is Claudeforce?

Claudeforce is the partnership between Salesforce and Anthropic. Its first product, Salesforce in Claude, connects Claude to Salesforce through a prebuilt MCP server and comes with 37 sales skills.

Is AIforce GDPR compliant?

AIforce uses your existing permissions and, according to Salesforce, works with zero data retention. Whether your specific setup is GDPR compliant depends on configuration, contracts and data flows. That is exactly what we assess in the Readiness Check.

Do I need developers to use AIforce?

Not for ready-made experiences like Salesforce in Claude, which work with minimal setup. Custom solutions built with the Headless Toolkit need development expertise, which we bring.

Is AIforce already available?

Agentforce Coworker is available to Salesforce customers, and Salesforce in Claude is in beta. More building blocks will follow. Availability and pricing may vary by region and contract.

How does the AIforce Hackathon work?

We start with a readiness check of your Salesforce org, map use cases to the right AI platforms and then build working prototypes with mixed teams. You receive a readiness report, a use case map and a roadmap.
