Our culture

Three times a year, we take time out as an organization to come together in person with all employees — to reflect on the past months and look ahead to what’s coming next. For many, the DIA Days are a true highlight: a chance for cross-team exchange, collaboration, and shaping DIA’s direction together.
We organize regular team days to support continuous growth and development. During these sessions, all team members come together — either remotely or onsite — to talk openly about what’s going well, what could be improved, and how we can get even better together. Every voice counts.
At DIA, everyone has a say in shaping their work. Team leads take time for regular one-on-one meetings to discuss ideas, questions, and personal development goals — and each employee decides how often these meetings take place.
DIA employees are special. We’re all wonderfully different — each of us unique in our own way. This mix of personalities makes our work exciting, creative and inspiring. We enjoy spending time together and to meet up outside of projects. Whether we’re celebrating a project, enjoying a Christmas or summer party, birthdays or sports events — there’s always a reason to have fun and have a good time together.
Leadership at DIA means inclusion and transparency. DIA employees are always invited to join the management board as experts on current topics. This flexible approach encourages diversity, creativity, and team-oriented decisions. Our leadership doesn’t work in silent isolation — but openly, collaboratively, and with everyone’s input in mind.
Shaping the future together. We’re closely connected with our partners, customers, and even competitors — because real progress happens through exchange. At various events and formats, we share ideas and insights to create the greatest impact. We love presenting the latest technologies and inspiring keynotes that highlight where the future is headed and how companies can position themselves for it.
Curious about the projects your teammates are involved in or which new technologies they’re experimenting with? Our monthly DIA Lunch Break Sessions are the perfect space to share insights and inspiration. You can present your work or a framework or technique you’ve discovered. And of course – non-work topics are always welcome too!
